Welcome to the website of Barangay Rizal, Cauayan City, Province of Isabela. A community dedicated to offer public services to the people. These services comprise of different aspects including livelihood, education, environment, agriculture, public safety, health and infrastructure programs. This programs aim to give its constituents the best public service they deserved. These programs will put together a more progressive barangay so come along with us as we move forward for the better things of our dearest Barangay Rizal.

MISSION

“Pagsisilbi ng tapat at sinsero sa pagtupad sa ating tungkulin bilang Barangay Officials lalong lalo na sa pagpapanatili ng kaayusan at katahimikan sa loob ng ng aming barangay at kooperasyon ng bawat isa para sa pag unlad ng aming barangay.”

VISION

“Maging maunlad ang aming barangay sa tulong ng Puong Maykapal at matapos ang lahat ng mga proyekto sa aming Barangay na mapapakinabangan hindi lang ngayon kundi sa darating pang mga henerasyon.”

HISTORY

In 1936, the place was not yet called a barangay instead it was a part of Baringin. It was forest full of thick grasses and different kinds of trees. In 1950, the place was part of the barrio called Culalabat. After a petition filed by the people headed by the late Martin Magusib who was then the last Teniente Del Barrio. The petition of Mr. Magusib was approved as separated and was named after Rizal, our National hero.
