This report shall serve as the basis in the installation of Barangay Website of Our City. In which helps the constituents, the barangay and the city to communicate and monitored in fastest way.

An independent and progressive barangay advocating principles and practices of good governance that help build and nurture honestly and responsibility among its public officials and employees and take appropriate measure to promote the transparency in transacting with the public.

VISION

To be able to actively carry out the mandates and ensures transparency, efficiency in the delivery of service to the barangay.

Brief History of Barangay

Idu punganay iti nagan na “CASIRIAL” ta pangasirian dagiti nagkakauna nga tattao nga agnaed iti daytoy nga lugar. Ti umuna nga nagbalin nga pangulo da ket agnagan FERNANDO BATUY.
